A Dallas-based advertising icon’s new space is as creative as its misspelling cows.
Since 1976, The Richards Group has been synonymous with both Dallas and advertising agencies across the country. And when it came time to revamp their 19-story, 250,000-square-foot office building and parking garage situated in historic West Village, civil engineering and surveying were tasked to Pacheco Koch. The building boasts impressive features to fuel business and creative minds alike, including a fitness center, garden terrace, and 10,000 square feet of restaurants and retail lining the first floor. In 2015, its unmistakable rainbow staircase was lit and serves as a reminder for everyone to “eat mor chikin.”
