Trying to renovate a historic building as iconic as 603 Munger is not for the faint of heart, or without its fair share of challenges. However, a revival to this historic place could bring about even more development to the West End. Working on the Factory Six03 building, Pacheco Koch provided existing building and courtyard improvements for a combination of retail and office space. The 215,000-square-foot project featuring a community lounge, rooftop patios, co-working stations and food hall opened its doors to occupants in 2017.
