Steve has more than 33 years of civil engineering experience in independent design, project management, and departmental management. His duties include oversight and directing engineering designs, being a resource to project managers, leading team-oriented projects, and completing self-directed studies and design efforts.

Those areas of his particular expertise include planning, platting and zoning issues, infrastructure improvements to support commercial, industrial, aviation-oriented developments, and construction and technical oversight for large complex projects requiring interaction between state and federal agencies, consultants, architects, and multiple contractors. Other areas of expertise include design and construction for municipal sector projects and facilities such as urban roadways, courthouses, fire stations, and libraries.

Steve started his career as a land development engineer in California. Some of his land development projects include Mountain Creek Business Park, High Point Oaks, and the Love Field Modernization. He has also worked on development projects for Southwest Airlines, VA Hospital Spinal Injury & Mental Health Hospitals, Galleria Expansion, Financial Data Centers, DFW Terminal ‘A’ Parking garage and DART Station, and Cedar Ridge Business Park in Southlake.
