Ryan J. Koch, PE
Ryan joined Pacheco Koch in 2010 and serves as an Principal with the firm. He has more than 11 years of civil engineering design experience on both public and private sector projects, is a leader firm-wide in the Commercial Office market sector, and directs Pacheco Koch’s internal training program. He is a member of The Real Estate Council, serving an active role on the Public Policy Committee, and is a member of the Associate Leadership Council Class of 2016.
Ryan draws on his past experience to create an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration within each project he is a part of. He fosters strong client and consultant relationships by meeting project goals and exceeding client expectations. His experience includes projects in the commercial office, higher education, multifamily, healthcare, mixed-use and industrial market sectors. Selected project experience includes the New Parkland Hospital in Dallas; the American Airlines Corporate Campus in Fort Worth; and Texas A&M University Campuses in College Station, Stephenville, Killeen and Commerce.
