Ryan J. Koch, PE
Principal
Ryan joined Pacheco Koch in 2010 and serves as an Principal with the firm. He has more than 9 years of civil engineering design experience on both public and private sector projects, is a leader firm-wide in the Commercial Office market sector, and directs Pacheco Koch’s internal training program. He is a member of The Real Estate Council, serving an active role on the Public Policy Committee, and is a member of the Associate Leadership Council Class of 2016.
Ryan draws on his past experience to create an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration within each project he is a part of. He fosters strong client and consultant relationships by meeting project goals and exceeding client expectations. His experience includes projects in the commercial office, higher education, multifamily, healthcare, mixed-use and industrial market sectors. Selected project experience includes the New Parkland Hospital in Dallas; the American Airlines Corporate Campus in Fort Worth; and Texas A&M University Campuses in College Station, Stephenville, Killeen and Commerce.
