Ronald Ramirez, PE
Ron is an Associate Principal and has more than 33 years of civil engineering design and project management experience on both public and private sector projects. His duties at Pacheco Koch include project design and review, being a resource to project engineers, completing self-directed studies and design efforts, and assisting his team of engineers. He also oversees and directs engineering design activities for land development projects—mainly site infrastructure for single-family residential and industrial projects. Ron’s areas of particular expertise are project management, process derivation, scheduling, planning, platting and zoning issues, including presentations before city commissions and councils. Ron has had the opportunity to master plan and design several large projects including several industrial and business parks of 150 to 300 acres. He recently planned a 900-acre, single-family subdivision and facilitated all engineering studies needed to ensure entitlements. His time working for a development company rounds out his expertise in the development process for residential projects. This ability adds value for his clients in many areas.
