Clint has over 22 years of experience in the Texas water market. His duties have included developing project schedules, developing and managing budgets, managing projects, and handling public outreach for sensitive projects. His experience has included the design of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems, and ground and elevated storage tanks. He has also prepared CCN amendments, TPDES permit applications, master plans, vulnerability assessments and helped numerous clients secure funding through CDBG, USDA’s Rural Development, and TWDB’s State Revolving Fund programs.
