Carlo A. Andreani, PE, LEED AP
Carlo joined Pacheco Koch in 2007 and has more than 16 years of civil engineering experience designing and managing public and private sector projects. He leads the private development team in Pacheco Koch’s Fort Worth office, as well as business development efforts.
He serves as Chairman of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth Programs Committee. He sits on the Tarrant County Task Force for the Urban Land Institute, and is on the Board of Directors for both Lena Pope and the Tarrant Transit Alliance. In 2015 he was recognized by the Fort Worth Business Press with the “40 Under 40” award.
His experience includes retail, industrial, office, residential, mission critical and mixed-use projects. Among many others, he has been the project manager on many high-profile projects including the FAA Regional Headquarters in Fort Worth, as well as the New Parkland Hospital and Lake Highlands Town Center in Dallas.
