Carlo has more than 16 years of civil engineering experience designing and managing public and private sector projects.
He serves as Chairman of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth Programs Committee. He sits on the Tarrant County Task Force for the Urban Land Institute, and is on the Board of Directors for both Lena Pope and the Tarrant Transit Alliance. In 2015, he was recognized by the Fort Worth Business Press with the “40 Under 40” award.
His experience includes retail, industrial, office, residential, mission-critical, and mixed-use projects. Among many others, he has been the project manager on many high-profile projects including the FAA Regional Headquarters in Fort Worth, as well as the New Parkland Hospital and Lake Highlands Town Center in Dallas.
