PK relaxes with watercolor painting workshop

Everyone needs a break.  There’s no better way to end a day than by sitting with your team for a watercolor workshop.  Hosted by the PK Funners, this “Make-n-Take” event featuring Bryan Wilson, one of our landscape designers, gave our employees not only a time to relax, but a time to clear minds, learn and have fun. We thoroughly enjoyed spending the afternoon doing something that most of us have never done before.

PK hosts 3rd annual chili cookoff

PK Dallas hosted its third annual chili cookoff. Eight competitors battled for the coveted trophy. A tasting “fee” of $5 per person brought in a total of $220 to be donated to the The Stewpot.

PK contributes at the annual Gingertown Dallas Live Build

Held at NorthPark Center, the annual event’s proceeds benefit the Children’s Craniofacial Association. Team members of Pacheco Koch had an amazing time constructing their gingerbread tavern. We are happy to be a part of such a great cause!

Carlo Andreani sits on this year’s ULI conference panel

Carlo Andreani, a Principal of the firm housed in our Fort Worth office, sat on the “Human Experience and the 2025 Dream Team” panel at the ULI Fall Conference where they discussed the effects of changing technology, the need for the human experience and increased collaboration in the workplace and what it means for investors.
